little men...

I got this picture a couple of weeks ago as we were headed to church. They were actually being sweet to one another...I had to document that!!!

the man...

We have been playing with the pictures recently taken of the Faulk family. I love this awesome collage Ringo came up with. I told him he is officially "the man!"

slideshow...down on the farm

Last month I took some pics of my beautiful sister and her kids, Ashlyn and Kyler at my parents' home in Arkansas. A BIG, HUGE thanks to Stephen for turning them into this slideshow. I hope you enjoy this, Sis!

Of all the pictures we took, this one turned out to be everyone's favorite...click on the photo for a larger view.

family reunion...

I was looking back through some photos from my grandmother's family reunion last month. It was wonderful to meet many distant relatives and get reacquainted with those we hadn't seen in so long. One cousin did some internet research on the Winfrey family (thank you to Brian) and that genealogy actually traced back to 1646 in Jamestown!

I am including a picture of me taken at the reunion with my brother and two sisters. I love you guys and enjoyed every minute we were able to spend together. I pray the Lord will keep us close for the rest of our time on this earth. Of course, if I ever need a kidney...

credit where credit is due

Before we go any further with this "blog venture", we have to express our gratitude to someone who has been a great help to us in setting up this blog and in encouraging Angela with her photography. I guess in a way you can say he is OUR mentor - Stephen Troell. We have provided the links to the Troell Family blog and to Stephen Troell Photography for you to enjoy.

And again, thanks Stephen.

all dressed up...

At this time each year, our church hosts a mission conference which begins with a Saturday evening banquet. The gymnasium and classrooms are transformed into different countries around the world, and the children can "travel" to foreign places. All the kids dress as children from other countries or cultures. Here are a few shots of our kids, the boys dressed as little wild Indians and Bella as a little girl from Spain (I know she kind of looks like a Spanish dancer...she was trying to "twirl" her dress).

finally up and running...

Welcome to the debut of the Pepin Family Blog! After weeks of trying to figure it all out, we are finally up and running. For anyone who is interested (if there IS anyone who is interested), we plan to keep the site updated from time to time with the mundane happenings in the life of our family. For our many friends and family from far away, we hope you will enjoy visiting our blog. (By the way, this is all Ringo's idea!)

A few days ago Braden was out of school, so we spent some time at the Fountain City Park. It was a beautiful autumn day and the kids enjoyed a great time with friends. I couldn't resist getting some shots of Evan climbing on this swing. He's always a willing subject!
